Terms & Conditions

1.1 To purchase from us you must be resident in the United Kingdom. We cannot ship to locations outside the United Kingdom.

1.2 By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and agreeing to our terms.

1.3 Frenchmoor Garden Buildings Ltd holds full title of all goods ordered or supplied to you until we have received payment in full.

2.1 We accept payment by debit card, credit card, bank transfer and cheque.

2.2 If paying by cheque an extra 5 days will be added to the delivery time to allow the cheque to clear.

2.3 Cheques to be made payable to Frenchmoor Garden Buildings Ltd.

3.1 Your order will be confirmed when we have received cleared payment for a deposit of 60%. Your order lead time will commence from this date.

3.2 We can not guarantee the day or time of delivery.

3.3 Any base preparation required for us to erect upon must be completed before the day of arrival of your building. Failure to will result in the building being delivered 'supply only'. The total outstanding invoice value will still be valid and charged.

3.4 The purchaser should make arrangents to receive the goods on the day arranged for delivery. The goods must be signed for on receipt.

3.5 If you are not able to sign on receipt you must notify us before delivery to make other arrangements.

4.1 All goods must be inspected for damage at time of delivery. Whenever possible goods must not be accepted if found to be damaged. In all events we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt if any damage has occurred.

4.2 You have the legal right to cancel the purchase contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day of confirmed order. For standard size products we have extended this to 30 days.

4.3 Non standard / made to measure products are excluded from the 7/30 day return policy.

4.4 If you have ordered a non-standard / made to measure product incorrectly we can not accept returns or refund any payment.

5.1 Garden buildings listed to include a warranty with purchase will have a 5 year warranty commencing from the date of delivery against structural and design defects.

5.2 Frenchmoor Garden Buildings Ltd will warranty that the garden building shall function in accordance with the items description.

5.3 In the event of a breach of this warranty we will correct the faulty part or send a replacement without charge.

5.4 Our warranty only covers the cost of replacing or repairing the faulty product.

5.5 We will not accept responsibilty for any damage caused by vandalism, exceptional natural events or misuse.

5.6 We are unable to warranty against warping, shrinkage or splitting of timber which can be caused by natural reactions to variations in humidity and temperature.

5.7 We will not reimburse any costs of repairs undertaken without our prior consent. Any such repairs will also invalidate your warranty.

5.8 Any alterations to the garden building supplied will invalidate your warranty unless we give prior consent.

5.9 Warrantees are paid at our discretion.

The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.
