Door - Height 1780mm/70" x 685mm/27" width. 44mm/1.75" framed, ledged & braced. Stainless bearing hinges plus mortice lock & lever handle.

Roof - 69mm/2.75" x 44mm purlins, ex 19 x 125mm TGV. 15 year ultra durable mineral roll in black.

Walls - 'Unsorted Grade' Shiplap Cladding. Framework 70 x 44mm Redwood, all joints screwed,
breather membrane. Two coat paint system, choice of colours.

Floor - Closed frame in 70 x 44mm timbers. ex 19 x 125mm TGV boards. Solvent treatment.

Specification

The Keep may be small in size but it is big on quality. Designed to give you an easy reliable and natty storage solution. Available with a choice of door styles and door furniture and can be hung left or right.

Good headroom of 6’0” (1.8m) eave height, walls which are screw jointed redwood framing and lined with a breather membrane to allow moisture out not in. The exterior shiplap is an ‘unsorted grade’ secured with stainless nails.

As always with our garden buildings a pleasure to use with a solid framed, ledged & braced door with mortice lock, lever handle and cabin hook to secure when open.

In all the Keep is a lovely little shed, built to last and when small is all you need!

What is 'Unsorted Grade' timber?

“Unsorted grade timber is grades 1 to 4 (the top 4) which at Frenchmoor we further grade in house to achieve a virtually knot free cladding. Gorgeous with an oil finish showing the grain detail or perfect for a paint finish with no knots that may bleed sap.”

Upgrade options to consider…20 year felt-tile roof, 40 year faux slate roof, gorgeous cedar shingles, Osmo natural oil exterior finish and even add an interior ply-line. There is also an option to create a different look by having it cladded in a painted rebated feather-edge.
