A Modern Garden Shed Designed Around Your Space

From layout to access, the Urban Modern can be tailored to suit how you intend to use it. The result is a premium garden shed that not only performs well but enhances the overall look of your garden.

You can choose to have the door positioned on the left or right of the front panel or on either of the side panels, left-hand or right-hand. The full drop window can be placed on the front panel (left or right) or on either side panel.

Model size 8′ x 6′ (2.4m x 1.8m) – Location, Kent.

Exterior Finish - 2 coats of a charcoal Barrettine wood preservative applied to the cladding, contrast window and roof trim painted.

Doors - Height 1780mm/70" x 755mm/29.75" width. 44mm/1.75" frame with TGV clad. Stainless bearing hinges plus mortice lock & lever handle.

Roof - 69mm/2.75" x 44mm purlins, ex 19 x 125mm TGV. 15 year ultra durable mineral roll in black.

Walls - 5th Grade TGV Cladding. Front height 2.1m/83". Rear height 1.9m/75". 70 x 44mm framework, all joints screwed
Breather membrane. 5th grade vertical TGV cladding.

Floor - Closed frame in 70 x 44mm timbers. ex 19 x 125mm TGV boards. Solvent treatment.

Specification

The Urban Modern garden shed is another building designed to give you an easy reliable storage solution with its uncluttered interior due in part to the space taken by the full drop window freeing up wall space plus the ample headroom of 6’3” (1.9m) eave height allowing for box racks.

As always with our buildings attention to detail continues with a solid door, stainless bearing hinges, mortice lock with lever handle and cabin hook to secure when open. The walls are screw jointed redwood framing, lined with a breather membrane to allow moisture out not in and finished with a vertical TGV cladding secured with stainless nails.

Available with a choice of door and window positions.
