Chalk-board with canopy above.

Door - Height 1120mm/44" x 500mm/20" width. 44mm/1.75" framed, TGV clad, continuous piano hinge.

Walls - Internal height 63"/1.6m to47"/1.2m, 70 x 44mm framework, clad finish hardwood faced plywood. Two coat paint system, choice of colours.

Window - Joinery grade fixed window with faux georgian bars.

Floor - Closed frame in 70 x 44mm timbers. ex 19 x 125mm TGV boards. Solvent treatment.

Roof - 70mm x 44mm purlins, ex 19 x 125mm TGV. 15 year ultra durable mineral roll in black plus 200mm feather-board top.
