The Urban Modern Duo with vertical cladding and part glazed doors is designed for homeowners who want a garden building that feels considered and well integrated into their garden design.

Exterior Finish - Doors and fascia 2 coat paint system in Anthracite, contrast exterior cladding 2 coats of a charcoal wood preservative.
Double doors - Height 1780mm/70" x 1500mm/60" combined width. Single door - Height 1780mm/70" x 755mm/29.75" width. 44mm/1.75" thickness, mortice lock & lever handle plus stainless bearing hinges.
Roof - 2.1m width 69mm/2.75" x 44mm purlins, 2.4m width 95mm/3.75" x 44mm purlins, ex 19 x 125mm TGV. 15 year ultra durable mineral roll in black.
Walls - Front height 2.2m/87". Rear height 2.0m/79". 70 x 44mm framework, all joints screwed,
breather membrane. 5th grade vertical TGV cladding.
Floor - Closed frame in 70 x 44mm timbers. ex 19 x 125mm TGV boards. Solvent treatment.
Specification
The Urban Modern Duo is purpose designed to give you an easy option for a multi-purpose solution for your garden. Where two buildings would be at odds in your garden the issue is resolved when two uses are combined in one contemporary style.
As always with our buildings attention to detail continues with a solid door, stainless bearing hinges, mortice lock with lever handle and cabin hook to secure when open. The walls are screw jointed redwood framing, lined with a breather membrane to allow moisture out not in and finished with a vertical TGV cladding secured with stainless nails.
New build property gardens were in mind when it was on the drawing board, something a little different to the norm both in design and build quality.
