Delivery, payment & viewing
Delivery and assembly are included in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire. Other areas: please ask.
Buildings are normally scheduled within 14 working days, or can be held for a later date by arrangement. Payment for ex-display/offer purchases over £1,000: 80% deposit, with 20% on completion. Purchases of £1,000 and below: payment in full before dispatch. Made-to-order buildings, standard or bespoke, at any value: 60% deposit, 30% at six weeks and 10% on completion. Please confirm your preferred date and any base or access requirements with us.
